Episode 43: At my work place, it’s harder for a woman to get promoted. What should I do?

As you may know, I am not a woman so it’s really hard for me to know what it feels like. However, I do get asked my opinion on this subject.  Here are my thoughts.   1. Not sure if you are open to suggestions – but your intro & outro segments to each episode could be MUCH shorter. That alone is the reason I won’t watch more than the one episode I saw.

    Remember – this is the age of short attention spans and busy schedules – and I plead guilty to both.
